Charles Paiva

Charles Paiva was appointed to the City Commission in August 2018. Paiva previously served on the City Commission from 2001 to 2005 and 2006 to 2016. He was born and raised in DeLand. He is currently a Physical Therapist Assistant/Clinic Manager at Florida Hospital DeLand Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.
