PUBLIC NOTICE

FROM: THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK

DATE: September 12, 2023

Please be advised that the DeLand City Commission has scheduled a Closed Session for Monday, September 18, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., located in the City Commission Chambers, 120 South Florida Avenue, DeLand, Florida. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a closed session with the City Attorney regarding settlement negotiations and/or strategy related to litigation expenses in the matter of Glasshouse Square LLC. v. City of DeLand. The closed session is estimated to be 30 minutes in length. Attending the closed session will be the City Commission, the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager and the City Attorney. The entire session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter. This session is closed pursuant to F.S. Sec. 286.011(8).
