Connections to the City of DeLand water and sewer system may be obtained through the Building Department. You must come to 120 South Florida Avenue and fill out an application to start the process. Please do not call to find out if the connections are available. We cannot tell you until the application is filled out and processed through utilities. Once the application is filled out and processed we will be able to give you a cost for the connections. Cost includes deposit, connection fees and impact fees. You would them come on and pay for the connections. Work orders are them issued and the meter is installed usually within a three day period. Please be aware that you must have licensed plumber make the connections from the meter and/or sewer line to the house. The plumber must have a permit and call for inspections.

The information needed to fill out the form is your address, Tax parcel ID number and the size meter you want.
